Je viens de mettre en ligne un article faisant une breve présentation de Business Scorecard Manager 2005 l'outil de gestion et de publication des tableaux de bord équilibré de la suite Office.

Faisant du developpement InfoPath/SharePoint actuellement, je suis tombé sur une erreur qui m'a un peu enervé ce matin.

Alors je partage avec vous la solution pour ne pas tomber dans le piege.

Erreur:
InfoPath ne peut se connceter à la source de données
Safety settings on this computer prohibit accessing a data source on another domain

Solution
ouvrir IE
Outils -> Options Internet -> sécurité -> personnalisez le niveau
et dans les parametres de sécurité activer l'acces aux sources de données sur plusieurs domaines. Voila le tour est joué

PS: pour ceux qui travaillent en anglais c'est facile à retrouver.

Comment tester WSS SP 2

Vous avez Windows 2003 avec WSS d'installer et vous voulez voir:

A quoi ressemble WSS SP2
Ce que donne SharePoint et ASP.Net 2.0

Il existe trois solutions:
Attendre quelques mois pour la sortie officielle
Recuperer le DVD de la beta de BizTalk Server 2006 qui a WSS 2.0 d'installer
Télécharger Windows Server 2003 R2

Pour la premiere et la derniere solution je n'y peux rien. Par contre pour la seconde voici la procedure a suivre:
1) Se connecter sur https://beta.microsoft.com avec votre compte Passport
2) Cliquez sur “Sign in as Guest” et utiliser le Guest ID “BizTalkBetaTeam”
3) En dessous de “Program Info”, cliquez sur “Survey” et completez le “BizTalk Server 2006 Open Beta Nomination Form”
4) Completer et enregistrer.

Il ne reste plus qu'à attendre la reponse au bout de 2 à 3 jours.
